Delivery
The delivery time-scale for each item will vary depending on the size and demand of the product. During the Christmas period, items may take longer to dispatch and arrive. If you are concerned about the length of time in which your order takes, please get in touch with us via email or our contact form.

Polyester Item Care
We recommend that all Polyester made items are washed on a 30 Degree Heat cycle to avoid shrinkage.
We also suggest putting the item inside a garment bag or pillowcase, then laying flat to dry.

Merino Wool Item Care
Merino Wool does not need to be washed as it is anti-microbial. However, it can be hand washed and laid flat to dry, should the item require it.

Merino Wool can also be maintained using a dehairing brush.
